libitext-rups-java software package provides graphical tool for Reading and Updating PDF Syntax (RUPS), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libitext-rups-java
libitext-rups-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libitext-rups-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libitext-rups-java *
You will get with libitext-rups-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
